Since 1993, Parque El Picacho has been managed by the Fundación de Parques Nacionales.
Visitors who come for leisure, tourism, or recreational activities can take photos and videos.
This form does not apply to recordings at the Rosy Walther Zoo or the Cristo de El Picacho Monument, as they are managed independently of Parque El Picacho.
Amateur and professional photographers may conduct family and individual photo sessions, which are permitted within the family area.
The use of drones and recording with drone cameras is prohibited within Parque El Picacho due to altitude and Civil Aeronautics regulations.
Commercial recordings must be requested in advance. Recordings for political purposes are prohibited within Parque El Picacho.
To record commercials, reports, or news, visitors, including but not limited to media outlets, radio, television, digital channels, and professional content creators , must complete this request form at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled day of their visit.
Applications will be reviewed by management on business days, Monday through Thursday 8:30 am to 4 pm and Friday 8:30 am to 12 pm.
Park management reserves the right to refuse each request. Recordings accepted by management can be made Monday through Friday during daytime hours, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will be no additional charge to the general admission ticket per person for those whose requests are approved.
In this request you must detail the planned date of the recording, its purpose and broadcast locations.
Parque El Picacho and the Fundación de Parques Nacionales reserve the right to reject the application.
Failure to comply with any of the clauses of the regulations may result in your removal from the park, which will be managed by the staff (park rangers).
We reiterate that this form does not apply to visitors who come for leisure, tourism, or sightseeing.
