AREA DETAILS

LOCATION:

Use of the family area kiosks is included in your entrance ticket to Parque El Picacho.

However, the kiosks in the family area cannot be reserved in advance.

Its use is on a first-come, first-served basis and during the established schedules for DAY tickets (8:30 am to 5 pm) or NIGHT tickets (5 pm to 10 pm).

SIZE:

The kiosks are approximately 4m x 4m in size.

Each kiosk has a perfect grilling brazier.

They are located near children's play areas and have access to our public restrooms.

To barbecue you must bring your own charcoal.

FURNITURE:

You can reserve chairs, tables, and tablecloths with us for your event in the family area by contacting our customer service line via WhatsApp:

8965-2742.

SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS:

If you don't reserve your chairs and tables in advance, you can add tablecloths, tables, and chairs on the day of the event by contacting our park rangers in the area. Payment for these must be made in cash.

Regulations of Use:
Use of the kiosks within the park, except for those in the private areas, is included in your ticket during established hours. Kiosks in the family areas cannot be reserved in advance.
To rent chairs, tables and tablecloths for your celebration, contact us by WhatsApp message at +504 8965-2742, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm
No administrative procedures will be carried out on Saturdays and Sundays.

MOUNTING:
Family areas are pedestrian only.

Daytime event setup: Vehicle access for these event setups during daytime hours, within the family and environmental areas, is open from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Evening Event Setup: Vehicle access for these event setups during evening hours, within the family and ecological areas, is open from 5:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
Inside the park and event areas:
No alcoholic beverages or firearms are allowed .
You must respect the stipulated departure time.
Do not use double-sided tape for decoration on the walls of the premises (especially at Rancho Los Pinos)
You should not use any type of liquid glue.
Be careful when using fire and knives near tablecloths.
Playgrounds are for children only; adults should avoid using them as they are designed exclusively for children.
