La compra de tu boleto puede ser realizada únicamente en efectivo.                                        

Si deseas comprar boletos pagando por transferencia bancaria o comprar boletos para grupos, debes contactar a la Administración con 48 horas de antelación al día de tu visita para coordinar la gestión de compra.

No se realizarán gestiones administrativas los sábados y domingos.

El boleto a Parque El Picacho, no incluye ingreso a los siguientes lugares: Monumento Cristo de El Picacho y al Zoológico Rosy Walther.

El horario extendido se anunciará por nuestras redes sociales y página web www.parqueelpicacho.com, previo a las épocas festivas (Semana Santa, Semana Morazánica y Navidad en El Picacho).

En Parque El Picacho puedes divertirte en el entorno, así como amar a la naturaleza, y sobre todo respetar la vida, de los visitantes y al personal.      

Para disfrutar en familia, todo menor de edad debe estar acompañado por un adulto. 

Se prohíbe:

• El ingreso y uso de armas.

• El consumo de las bebidas alcohólicas.

• Rayar y dañar la infraestructura del parque.

• Se prohíbe fumar en el parque.

Parque El Picacho is not responsible for forgotten items.

Parque El Picacho is a national park, and our priority is to safeguard the forest and green areas for future generations. To continue protecting our forest and environment, it is mandatory to:

• Dispose of trash in the plastic containers located throughout the park.

• Consider the plants. Plants are part of the park's beauty. Take care of them, don't cut them, and don't take them home.

• Consider the spaces shared with other visitors and animals.

  • Access to the restrooms is included in your ticket; please use the water and toilet paper conveniently.

  • The use of speakers and sound equipment (horns, megaphones) is permitted, but at moderate volume.

It's important to keep your ticket. In the event of an incident requiring you to leave the park or if the power supply is disabled or interrupted without prior notice for a duration of three or more hours, you may use your ticket for the day of the incident for one visit within 7 days of the incident by presenting the physical ticket at the main entrance.

Pets are welcome at Parque El Picacho

Your pet must wear an identification collar.

Your pet must be on a leash and accompanied by an adult at all times.

Pick up your pet's waste in a plastic bag and place it in the trash.

We reserve the right of admission.

Parque El Picacho is pedestrian-only, so priority is given to people practicing athletics, hiking, and cycling.

When riding a bicycle you must use moderate speed and wear a helmet.

To use the mountain biking trail, you must report to the park rangers at the main entrance.

You can enjoy the canopy tour for an additional cost of L150.00.

The Canopy can be enjoyed from the age of 7.

The Canopy is not performed in the presence of rain or electrical activity.

Parque El Picacho offers free parking for cars and motorcycles in designated lots. Tipping parking attendants is voluntary.

In cases of damage to third parties, the Administration will summon the competent authority.

El Picacho Park is a pedestrian area; vehicle entry into the family area is only permitted for elderly visitors with disabilities or people with disabilities.

Please do not leave valuables in your car and be sure to lock your doors.

Property protected with video cameras.

The forest and visitor areas in Parque El Picacho are protected by park rangers, assisted by and in collaboration with the Tourist Police and Military Police to maintain public order, and the Honduran Armed Forces to prevent deforestation.

Visitors who come for leisure, tourism, or recreational activities can take photos and videos.

Amateur and professional photographers may conduct family or individual photo sessions within the family area without prior request, provided the photos are for personal, non-commercial use.

The use of drones and drone camera recordings are prohibited within Parque El Picacho due to altitude and Civil Aeronautics regulations.

Commercial recordings must complete an application prior to visiting. There will be no additional charge to the general admission ticket per person for those whose applications are approved.

Recordings for political purposes are prohibited within Parque El Picacho.

To make commercial recordings, reports, or news reports, visitors, including but not limited to media outlets, radio, television, digital channels, and professional content creators, must submit a request at www.parqueelpicacho.com/media at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled day of their visit.

Applications will be reviewed by management on business days, Monday through Thursday 8:30 am to 4 pm and Friday 8:30 am to 12 pm.

Park management reserves the right to accept each request.

Recordings accepted by management may be made Monday through Friday during daytime hours, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This request must detail the planned date of the recording, its purpose, and the broadcast location. The request form can be found at www.parqueelpicacho.com/media , where it will be reviewed by park management. Parque El Picacho and the Fundación de Parques Nacionales reserve the right to refuse the request.

Failure to comply with each of the clauses of the regulations may result in your exit from the park , managed by the staff (park rangers).

Use of kiosks within the park, except for those in the private areas, is included in your ticket. Kiosks in the family areas cannot be reserved in advance.

The family area is pedestrian.

Assembly of events on the day:

Vehicle access for these event setups during daylight hours, within the family and ecological areas, is enabled from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Setting up events at night:

Vehicle access for these event setups during nighttime hours, within the family and ecological areas, is enabled from 5:00 pm to 5:30 pm

No administrative procedures will be carried out on Saturdays and Sundays.

To enter the park, each visitor must have an individual ticket.

Within the event areas:

You must respect the departure time stipulated in the space rental contract and the regulations of Parque El Picacho.

It is prohibited:

• The entry and use of weapons

• The entry and consumption of alcoholic beverages.

• Scratch and damage the infrastructure.

• Use double-sided tape for decoration on the walls of the premises (especially at Rancho Los Pinos).

• Use any type of liquid glue.

• Adults should use the play areas as they are designed exclusively for children.

• Smoking in the park.

You must be careful:

• When using fire and knives near tablecloths.

• When assembling and disassembling furniture and decorations.

• When dismantling your event, Parque El Picacho is not responsible for any forgotten items.
