PARQUE EL PICACHO:
It is a national park located 7 km from the center of Tegucigalpa.
Its name is United Nations Park "Cerro El Picacho", but out of affection at the beginning of 2022 we began to call it El Picacho Park.
ROSY WALTHER ZOO:
The prices on this page do not include zoo admission, as the Rosy Walther Zoo is not managed by Parque El Picacho or the Fundación de Parques Nacionales.
The Rosy Walther Zoo is managed by another institution, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (SERNA).
